SIX SENTENCE SUNDAY~22

Welcome back! Thanks for all those who keep coming back and commenting each week.  As promised, my Six continues right where we left off last week when Jett pushes Roxanne away...
She slapped him. The sting of her palm burned his cheek, but he dared not move.

“You stubborn jackass! What we have together is more than a handful of one-night stands. Why are you doing this to us?” Comprehension entered her dark blue eyes, “This has to do with your friend’s death, doesn’t it?”

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday! Don't forget to go to http://www.sixsunday.com/ to check out some more fabulous authors who are posting their Six this week!

He's in trouble now. It seems 'it's sinking in', just not what he wanted to sink in, huh? She's figured him out.

She doesn't sound like she's going to let him hide. I like her a lot!

She's not going to let him get away with that, is she? Good scene. Lots of tension.

Even if the reason is a friend's death that shouldn't push them apart but being the together. He's such an ass for putting distance between them

*Whistle* slapping someone who just lost a friend. He must really be acting out.
